Shavuot – 2016

As Shavuot beckons, I pray that your hands and your heart will be found holding an acceptable sacrifice. A sacrifice that will delight our Messiah Yeshua and I pray that you will allow the Holy Spirit to search your heart and fill you up until you overflow with the glorious presence of the King. In this Shavuot message, we look at the man with a heart after God’s, the man named David, who was discontented to bring an offering to YHVH that cost him nothing. His heartfelt desire to bring something costly to lay at the heavenly altar of Yahweh, sets an example for us to follow. An example that teaches us not to bring something that doesn’t cost us, when we bring our harvest to the altar.

Shavuot is the culmination of the repentance and heart searching we should have undergone from the festival of Passover, through unleavened bread, up until this festival of weeks (Shavuot). The kind of repentance that we should enter in to, is also a place where we can mature spiritually and have Abba Father look out upon us as His children and find us ready and waiting for the outflow of His Holy Spirit. I pray you have been waiting family, repenting and allowing His fire to cleanse you and change you from the inside out. May we be found ready and willing to allow the promised Holy Spirit to access every area of our lives this Shavuot and make us anew! Chag Sameach!
