If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Comments on the groups and are removed each two weeks. We do not store this information. All inactive user accounts longer than 1 year will be automatically removed from our website. All user information will automatically be deleted from our website and server after this period.

How we protect your data

User data is protected by Site guarding Anti-Virus and 3rdparty software. Our server uses state of the art technology and security to insure no data breach occurs and all our software is continually updated to insure your information is secure. We also do not share your information with any third-party whatsoever. We use user log in technology that protects unauthorized access to our site. We have installed a SSL to insure all traffic on our site is encrypted (green lock in browser). Our website sits behind a dedicated firewall to insure that your data is safe and secure at all times.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Dedicated Cloudways server. Cloudways server keeps and manages all the monitoring, analyzing and notifications functions. For all communications between your website and our server we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. All information about our website is encrypted and secured.

Server-side scanning & Monitoring. SiteGuarding monitoring service creates a snapshot of our site and performs deep website scans of all the files, if something changed, e.g. new files appeared on the website or someone has modified the file content we will be immediately notified.

Malware detection. Our website scanner intelligently crawls our website and identifies all possible infections/malware and backdoors on our website (Hidden & Malicious iFrames, Backdoors, PHP Mailers, Cross Site Scripting (XSS), SQL and JavaScript injections and etc.)

Notifications & Alerting. Every day we get a summary report of all the changes on our website. We get enough information so that we can take immediate action if it’s necessary.

Malware removal. Our security experts and engineers ready to find and remove any malware and backdoors on our website, fix the bugs in the code to prevent possibility for the hackers get access to our website in the future.

 What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

The only automated profiling or addition we make is to add your email address to our data base, of which the user has full control to un-subscribe at any time.

Using the Prayer Wall 

 

Purpose and Fair Use :
The Prayer wall shall be used solely for the purpose of posting prayer requests. 

Linking and Postings
No external links to other pages will be allowed. We will not allow go fund me pages or requests for funding to be posted. Requests asking for prayer for finances will be allowed! However we will not allow any form of external links asking members to donate or fund others. That is not the purpose of the wall. We will not allow requests of a political nature that can cause animosity and conflict due to race or geographical location. 

Moderation of Prayers
All prayers will be moderated and Treasured Inheritance Reserves the right not to post your prayer request. 

Personal Information

We use the users email for prayer updates to inform of when the prayer has been prayed for. We do not post your personal information such as email or phone number. Each user has the option to post online, anonomous or private. Only the users name will display if posted as a online post. Names will be removed if anonymous and if private only shared with Yosef and Aliyah.  

Online Store 

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:
