This weeks broadcast focuses on Colossians chapter 1. Written as a prison letter by Rav Shaul during his house arrest in Rome, Paul wrote to warn the congregation against the schemes of gnosticism, vain philosophies and the lure of false seductive teachings.
While the words of warning are deep, the message is timely in how it speaks to our hearts. This week, Aliyah and Yosef are sharing
the word that touched their own hearts in this first chapter of Colossians.
Yosef touched on the second half of chapter 1 and the important message that Yeshua is supreme over all things and that the mystery of Shaul’s day was a revelation but that our day is seeing an entirely new mystery, one we need to hear and see with spiritual eyes. Aliyah touched on verses 9 and 10, which echoes the prayer of Pauls heart over the saints in Colossae. A prayer that speaks of knowing Yeshua’s wisdom and insight in order to live a life that pleases Him and bear much fruit. In this weeks message is an encouragement and a promise, if you are feeling heave, and in need of answers, we believe this message will spur you on to seek and to find.
With Shalom in Yeshua – Yosef & Aliyah
