Radio Broadcast – The Broken Blessing, 26th Feb 2017

Our idea of blessings can stem from the idea of perfection, or having it all together in the most sincere of ways. But what if
broken is a blessing, what if the place you are currently struggling in or struggling to overcome, is the blessing place of Glory?
Psalm 51 verse 17 says “My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.”

In our brokenness or struggle, there can be blessing, the broken, beautiful blessing. The leper in Mark1, the man born blind
in John 9, and even Job the suffering man of God, their lives teach us that Glory can find us and single us out for blessing.
Not only for ourselves but for others as well. Perhaps, your brokenness at present is the doubt that, you have anything to
give for the kingdom yet the boy with the tiny loaves and fishes moved forward to present his little to a Man who fed 5000
with his offering. Even the young girl of 12 years old, Miryam, she was destined to become the mother of Yeshua and she
had to do it in confusion, doubt and having her world rocked. Yet, these were chosen to receive the broken blessings.

Yosef and Aliyah discuss this in this weeks broadcast, may it encourage and strengthen your heart this week as you come
open – handed to the One who can multiply your offering and heal every brokenness, in the most beautiful of ways.
