This week’s broadcast focused on the very important topic of “identity.” In Judges chapter 6 the angel of YHWH appears to Gideon and greets him with the phrase “God is with you, mighty warrior.” Gideon is confused by this statement and asks the Angel a number of questions. The answers given him however, are answers that apply to our lives. The answers given are deeper reflections in a mirror of how YHWH saw Gideon. Yosef and Aliyah take a look at these answers and how they speak to us about our own identity. They also discuss the need to have a repaired identity that is deeply rooted in Messiah Yeshua, one that can relate to YHWH as a Loving Father. They also take a look at another individual in the scriptures, who was greeted by an angel with the words, “you are highly favoured!” This individual became unnerved at the strange greeting but went on to humbly accept this identity. This weeks message is all about finding peace in accepting Yeshua’s image and His honour. This week’s broadcast offers encouragment and hope, we pray that it will bless you!
