The day of Atonement is a chance for us to take stock of our lives and to repent, get ready and to ask Him to change us. To realise that He is the one who has paid a great price to draw all men unto Him and to reconcile us to Himself. The Bride will be those who have heard and are ready. “Those to have listened will truly hear, those who hear will obey and those who obey will reflect”. There is no more time for half-heartedness and compromising in this Kingdom. Your heart needs to be steadfast and secure on the author and perfector of your faith. He is longing for redeemed Israel to rise up and be the “One New Man”. He has dropped the plumb line and he is purging his children. My prayer is that you will not be found wanting and that on this festival you will see how important it is to give what is due to Him.
